All orders must be paid in advance via MC, Visa, Discover, American Express. Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted but must be mailed and cleared before your item is shipped. All personal information is protected offline as well as in our restricted offices. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. Foreign orders require credit card payments through paypal only.
All of your shopping information is encrypted and protected in a secure environment. We never sell or rent email lists or mailing lists to anyone for any reason.
Order Status
We will confirm receipt and shipment details within 2 business days. Most items ship within 24 hours(weekends excluded): items not in stock will ship as soon as it becomes available. UPS customers are provided with a tracking number. USPS customers will be given shipped date and approximate delivery time. There is a 15% restocking fee for refused or undeliverable items.
Return Instructions
For a full refund of the merchandise purchase price (shipping costs are not refundable), the items(s) must be received within 7-10 days. All merchandise must be in original condition and NOT show signs of wear and include original packaging, accessories and paperwork.
Special orders and final sale items are NOT returnable. You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our location. Repack your return carefully.
Please allow two weeks for processing of return. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card. All other refunds are by cashiers check.
